Regional Dry Van Driver

Two to four nights out during the week, home every weekend. Established Midwest dry van lanes.

The Role

Laufer Trucking is looking for Regional Dry Van Drivers to cover our established freight network in the Midwest and beyond. If you want consistent miles, predictable routes, and a schedule that gets you home on weekends, this is the role for you.

Regional dry van drivers are out 2–4 nights per week with weekends at home. Sunday leaves are available if desired, and you have input on how many nights you're out each week.

Compensation includes mileage pay, stop pay on every stop, drop-and-hook pay, and a nightly bonus for each weeknight spent out, plus a Sunday leave bonus if you choose to leave out on a Sunday. Detention pay, layover pay, and breakdown pay have you covered when things don't go as planned.

Where you'll run

Our dry van network focuses on the greater Cleveland/Akron corridor and the Buffalo, NY area, with regular freight into MN, IA, MI, IN, OH, and KY. We also get to TN, MO, GA, WV, and AR periodically. We have a strong backhaul freight base, which means less time waiting for reloads. We send our drivers out and get them back as quickly as possible to cover more outbound WI freight for our customers.
